Re: glass for table
I bet any shower door place would do it.
I plan on doing the same thing!!!
My uncle owns an auto glass shop so I'm going to use him but I bet a shower door place would do it.
We used Aquarius Glass on Rt 109 in Farmingdale for our shower doors and they did a great job!!

Re: glass for table
I need this done for my dining room table as well. Do they come and measure or do you just give them the measurements and then you pick it up at the shop?
Oh and ballpark, how much would something like that cost?

Re: glass for table
Call a glass shop. I would recommend mine but I live OOS. I just had a glass top made for my DR table. I gave them the measurements over the phone, it was ready withing a week and then we went to pick it up.
We had to buy those square/round rubbery things to keep it from moving. We put one in each corner and it's kept it from moving.

Re: glass for table
I called Babylon Glass and gave them measurements, they gave me an estimate... seemed reasonable. For an L shaped desk, $245. They are going to come in and measure tomorrow, glass should be in 1 week.
I decided not to do dining table, I have custom table pads and the more I think about it I dont really need it since the room only gets used on holidays.
