Question for those who have "Just Dance" for the Wii

Do you have any issues with the game registering your moves? Granted, I may not be as good a dancer as I was back when I took classes in High School, but I miss 50% or more of the steps, even when I feel like I'm spot on, especially moves that are turned to the sides. I've tried moving the sensor bar, putting new batteries in Wii remote, etc. I've just been dancing and trying to ignore the score, but it's really bothering me...

Well, nevermind, I just read a whole bunch of reviews and they all complained about the same thing! Chat Icon
Glad I'm not alone...guess I'll resume ignoring the score and well...just dance!

I felt the same way - I didn't even read the reviews but was going to ask the same question on here!!!

I also wish it was more like Wii Fit, where it tells you your score and lets you know where you rank each time - I feel its just for fun though and not for a real challenge... But I wish it was!!!

You know, I didn't even think of blaming the game..LOL...I KNOW I'm not a good dancer..this game lets me dance in the privacy of my own home and look like a dope ;) Thanks for giving me some hope!

I feel the same way. It's definitely fun and I'm sure it will be even MORE fun if I play with a friend or two, but it definitely not challenging if it's not even rating your dancing correctly!

Well, it's funny. I was missing a lot and I thought "wow, I must be REALLY rusty" and then DH was watching me and said "you're doing exactly the same thing as the person on the screen and you're getting nothing but misses." Then I started really thinking about it and it started really bugging me, lol. I tried doing the same song three times in a row and got completely different scores each time. You would think the third time would be my best, but it was actually my worst. Oh well! Chat Icon I'm officially blind to the score now that I know it's a common issue!
