I have a very nasty blister on the arch of my foot from running in a new pair of sneakers. It's about the diameter of a quarter. I cleaned it, put antibacterial and bandages on it, but when I walked on it today it hurt so much! I'm wondering when I'll be able to walk comfortably and run again? I was doing well with my running and I hate to have to stop. And is there anything I can do to make it heal faster?
