Reviews for Skecher Shape-ups??

I just got a pair and have been wearing them for 4-5 days (not working out) and haven't felt a difference what-so-ever....am I walking "wrong" or something?? Other reviews I've read said you can barely walk the next day after wearing them from muscle aches...wth?

i have plantar fasciitis in my left foot, i also broke my left ankle years ago. i bought a similar pair (from curves), last summer. the first few days THAT FOOT hurt, but not my "good" foot.

it did help with the pain i was feeling. but the "good" leg never felt a "workout" from them. not sure if the sketcher ones are any different.

i like them because i'm short, and they give me a little height
