Weight Watchers Online
Hi ladies. I'm new to this particular "Diet & Fitness" Board. With the new year, i'd like to start living healthy and have been considering joining Weight Watchers Online. Does anyone have any experience with the online program? Good or Bad experiences? Any comparison to the "non" online program? Any help you can provide would be very much appreciated.

When I first decided to join, I was an online member only. I found that I personally never found myself accountable. Days would go by and I'd just think, "there's always tomorrow." I wasn't successful.
In late May of '09 I decided to join at the center. I don't normally stay for meetings, but knowing that every Saturday I have to go and face getting weighed in helps to keep me on track all week long.
I know the online program does work for tons of people.. I was just not one of them.

i go to the meetings and dh does it online. we've had success both ways

Ive done it online before and lost almost 30lbs......I just started again two days ago. It worked really well for me.
My DH on the other hand has to do the meetings bc it keeps him motivated, he needs to be held accountable every week in order for it to work for him and for him to really stick to the plan.
