Has anyone done "Crunchless Abs"?
I saw this on TV....
I need to lose about 15 pounds, not a big deal, but the biggest issue isn't so much the weight, but the fact that my belly is a mess since I had DC #3 and it was a csection. The normal things (situps, stretching) are not helping, and I can't afford a gym membership, so I saw these DVDs and thought they looked promising.
Any feedback??

Re: Has anyone done "Crunchless Abs"?
I just looked online - this looks great - it is working your core so it works on everything in your middle area and will help prevent back issues as well - I am a big fan of core exercises! I think you should get this, and once your core gets stronger from this, add some ab crunches into your routine...
The only thing is, there is no such thing as getting that 6 pack or even flattening your belly wihtout also incorporating some cardio exercise and a diet reduced in fat... So this along with a healthier lifestyle (I sound like such a commercial ) would be great!
