Another Lobster questions - frozen tails

My father gave me 2 frozen lobster tails. How long do they need to defrost & what is the best way to cook them. We are staying in tomorrow night & I want to make surf & turf. Chat Icon Chat Icon Chat Icon

Re: Another Lobster questions - frozen tails

I usually defrost overnight, then boil for 5 minutes, then take them out, split the shell, butter the top and broil in the oven for another 5 minutes.
