Kitchen Paint Color

Ok my kitchen needs a facelift, it has no theme, it is sooo blah. We can't afford to gut it right now, so please help me with a theme and paint color.

Countertops (lovely solid hunter green laminate)

you can paint your cabinets an off white color. And paint your walls a neutral tan, but not too dark. then you could put green & off white decor. Like wall art with those colors. There are girls on here that have painted cabinets before. If you do a search you can find some directions on here. I know Kittythestray did hers. GL!
