yoga.... heavenly
So I was hedging on doing acupuncture... largely bc of getting to appointments in addition to being home for DSS. He is 11, so it is hard to explain where I am going bc we don't want him to know about IVF.
I surfed about Yoga last night and came across http://www.yogaforconception.com/ Something just told me that this would be worth the moola for me and be convenient because I could do it at home.
I just had 45 minutes of HEAVEN with three of the poses. Each time I went into a new pose I wondered if I would really get comfortable. Fifteen minutes after each pose I had to almost wake myself up. I feel like I just went for a massage. Definitely doing yoga before I stim and whatever poses my RE approves of while stimming and in 2ww.

Re: yoga.... heavenly
Nope. If you go on the site, you will see you pay a fee. You can download an ebook, I printed out the pictures of the poses, and she also has some videos you can use to do learn how to do the poses. I haven't watched the videos yet. It was $25, which is money I drop easily on a hard cover book at Barnes and Nobles. So I figured I would try it out. Totally worth it if you can find some quiet time/space in your home. I could have kept going if DSS and I hadn't make a date to play a board game!!!
