WW girls
Do you buy weight watchers food, or just measure everything you eat?
I went to stop & shop today and bout some WW food, but it's kind of expensive and out of my budget I gave in this time to try some stuff and see what I like and don't like. Most of it is snack food because that's what i'm always looking for at home.

Re: WW girls
I prefer to measure because I feel like you won't always be able to choose WW food and I think you should learn how to deal with the non WW stuff...

Re: WW girls
I don't buy the frozen meals-only the desserts. I will buy ww snacks at the meetings. I also buy the ww cheese because it's only 1 point per slice. I buy regular bread or the arnold flats.

Re: WW girls
I only buy the breads. I measure everything else. I also freeze meals, and put single servings with the point value on each bag.

Re: WW girls
I only buy the breads. Many of the meals have HIGH sodium so be careful. Also, try not to eat to much of the pre-packaged stuff.........i have seen people stop losing weight or gain because they were eating all prepacked and it was throwing off the carb/protein/veggie/fruit balance that you still need in the total points.

Re: WW girls
Some of the food I buy- mostly depending upon the price!
For example- I dont buy WW bagels. Stop and Shop has light bagels that are only 1 point and the store brand so they are cheaper.
I dont buy the WW cookies...if you look around and figure out the points you can definatly find cookies that are 1 point each and not 3.99 a box!
The WW bars I do buy though. They are sooo expensive but so good! Especially the Red Velvet and the Peanut butter bliss bars! I can't say no!

Re: WW girls
I keep some of the frozen meals in the house in case DH isn't home and I just give DS mac & cheese or something.
I also will buy some of the desserts and I just bought my first snacks (the mint cookie crisps). Most of the stuff I just buy regular food - I want this to be more of a lifestyle change than a diet and I most certainly will not always be eating WW only foods.
I also buy the cheese as another poster said - 1 point is great.

Re: WW girls
FYI- for those of you that buy WW cheese b/c its a point- Sargento has fat free cheese that is only 1point! I usually buy the PepperJack one and find it is bigger than the WW cheese and usually cheaper. I'm not sure about the other cheeses, but check it out!
