Peanut Brittle
Does anyone have a recipe for peanut brittle that is remotely healthy? A lot of recipes call for corn syrup, and I think that might be the worst part (along with the sugar, obviously) I am DYING for it, but don't want to overdo it having it...anyone have any ideas? TIA!
