Who has signed up for Lamaze?

At what point did you sign up for Lamaze, if you even did?

Anyone feel it wasn't necessary?

I am dragging my feet to sign up, I haven't heard any mommies tell me it was useful.

We were lamaze class drop outs - went to the first one and didn't go back. The only thing it really did was scare the hell out of me to have the epidural! I wound up going natural anyways but this time around I'm thinking about getting a doula instead.

I think I signed up for Lamaze at 28 weeks. The advice I was given was to take it between 32-36 weeks. I think I took it at 32 weeks.
I felt the class was very informative, due to that I really did not alot of things about certain process.
The class that I took was in 1 day - for a couple of hours than we took a hospital tour.

Many of my friends and family said not to go - but I liked it.
