Okay I made this last night - it's a Bobby Flay recipe and it was SO good!

I put it on our t-bone steaks and our baked potatoes and it added SO much flavor! It would probably be great on some corn cobs too!

Take 1/2 stick of butter (softened) and place in small bowl.

Saute 1/2 a shallot and 1 clove of garlic (both finely chopped) in some olive oil (not too much!). Let cool slightly.

Meanwhile, add 1 TBSP Worcestershire sauce, 1.5 tsp dry mustard, salt/pepper (to taste), and 1 TBSP finely chopped chives to butter. Add cooked shallot & garlic. Mix together and you can either roll it into a small log on waxed paper or just leave it in the bowl - until it hardens.

It's SO yummy and flavorful!
