Has anyone been, either with or without children? What are "do not miss" restaurants, what ones should we miss! What else can you tell me?

Re: St. Kitts
I actually just went there for work! Are you staying at the Marriott? It’s pretty nice, the beach there is pretty nice, the restaurants actually at the Marriott are ok but not fabulous. The Italian one is pretty good. I didn’t eat at all of them though. Offsite there are a bunch of places that are super close to the Marriott, including:
Rock Lobster (really good, a little nicer) Mr. X Shiggidy Shack (really casual beach bar but really good)
Other places that aren’t right there but are still good: Spice Mill – really yummy and beautiful setting Sprat Net – casual setting but really good lobster Reggae Beach – fun place for lunch or dinner, big beach bar, good for kids since there are animals there and things
I did not have my own children with me but there were children at most events we hosted and they were fine. Also be sure to check out the Brimstone Hill Fortress, it’s very cool (not a restaurant though). I have heard that Ottley’s Plantation is really lovely as well although I have not been there.
