What will your Christmas dinner be?
My dad makes THE BEST pot roast ever. I told him he should make that with good old mashed potatoes, etc. He feels like it isn't Christmas-y I feel like it's so home-y and warm. Anyway, what will your Christmas dinner be?

I go to my mother's and my stepfather makes the most amazing horseradish crusted prime rib. I wait all year for it.

We go to the IL's on Christmas Eve. I wrote on previous thread what they make (7 fishes +++).
My parents stay with us for Christmas. My mother makes prime rib. We are also having a brunch at my house with the IL's first. Not sure what is on the menu just yet.

since we have a HUGE Christmas Eve we have a small Christmas Day dinner...
I make a Caprese type salad with mozzerella, red peppers and tomatos.
Then we have a baked ravioli with meatballs and sausage.
then we sleep!
