Re: Anyone do a Christmas Eve/Feast of the 7 Fishes dinner?

My IL's do this every year.

Usually they do:

Lobster tails
Baked clams
Fried shrimp
Stuffed shrimp
Fried calamari
Linguine with red clam sauce
Some kind of fried fish
Baccala

They also do chicken parm and all kinds of sides. My faves are edamame salad and rice with noodles.

After dinner they do fresh fruit and chestnuts and chocolates

We have a ton of desserts around 11PM and then open gifts around midnight.

They day also starts with a ton of appetizers. We eat for hours and hours straight.Chat Icon I also KNOW I am leaving some things off because they always make more than 7 fish dishes. I just can't remember them all!
