Trigger Point ? at bottom

So.. I went to the RE Wednesday and they confirmed a follicle - I believe the measurement was 17..

Now its Sat morning... and still no peak on the CBEFM - and no ovulation pains yet..

Is it possible to have a follicle and not have it release the egg? Is it still possible that it could release the egg after this many days?

Anyone ever experience something like this?

yes it is possible to not ovulate. doesnt your RE monitor through BW for O?

if you are being monitored regularly and had a 17mm i would think an RE would recommend a trigger shot to make sure you do actually ovulate. its entirely possible to have a semi-mature follie that never releases the egg. when are you seeing your RE next?

SHe told me to make an appointment a week after I get my peak... DO you think I should call Monday?

She said that if I dont get my peak to go in on Monday...

Heres my question...

If they give me a trigger shot - how long after that will I ovulate - only bc Monday nights DH doesnt get home until around midnight and the shot will done early Monday morning - like 730

Any insight?

PS - I am on CD 15 and I have been BD every night since CD 11
