makeup/skincare/beauty gift ideas - $20-30?
Apparently BIL has been asking DH what I would like for the holidays, something in the $20-30ish range.
I'm thinking about mentioning a particular makeup/skincare/beauty item I may not normally buy myself but that is really great but don't know where to start.
Any good ideas that aren't too dependent on being the exact right shade/etc and are more generally applicable?
I generally have clear dry skin (pale with some freckles), I have straight un-processed hair, and my makeup has usually vanished by the end of the day.

Ulta has some great gifts for $30 and under.
Many are brand names too!
