Securing TV to the wall

Has anyone found those straps? I've been looking everywhere since last month when that 2 year old boy was killed by a falling tv. The straps for the furniture dont work on the TV.

What is your entertainment center set up like? Is the TV just on a cart?

We have this gate with a few add-on panels around the whole entertainment center. Our computer and stereo are behind it as well. Not gorgeous, but I feel better knowing she can't get at any of it.

Could that really hold the weight of a big tv?? How does it attach?

They say 2 straps can support an object up to 50 pounds, so 4 straps can support a 100 pound (TV). They are adhesive.

Re: Securing TV to the wall

Sorry I just re-read your post -- they also sell the straps that attach to furniture as anti-tip protection....
