Oil Bill!!!
I have balanced billing for Oil and it ended in April. Well I just got my bill for May-April 2007 and it went DOWN $3/month! I know it is not alot of money but I am just soooo happy it did not go up!!

 That's one thing that I'm dreading as a homeowner, oil bills.

I think the only reason it went down was because last year they requested $150 as a "down payment" because the price had gone up so much and we were paying a much lower price. They incorporated into this new yearly price.
I don't really care as long as it was lower or stayed the same!!
