another tipping question....
how do you feel about people asking for tips???
i got home last night, grabbed the mail and started sorting......i find a post card size piece of cardstock with this printed on it......

please tape any gratuity under the garbage can lid
i am really not sure how i feel about this.......

wow thats pretty ballsy!
But, I know that garbage men aren't allowed to actually take tips from someone, so maybe they figure they are making it easier by telling you how to hide the tip, so they can take it.
I'd be a annoyed tho.

Honestly, I think most people tip their garbage men (I know I will, they are outstanding) and they just want to make sure that the money doesn't get stolen.  I wouldn't think twice about it.
