Anyone ever get heels rubber soled?
What was your experience like, are you happy, and can you recommend your shoe guy? TIA!

Mario's shoe repair in Greenlawn. He charges about $35 and I did it this past summer for a pair of shoes that only cost me $40! Great results, though.

I get them on all shoes that have leather soles.
It's $ but the shoes last and walking everyday in NYC can wear out the shoes quickly.
Generally if the shoes have leather soles, they are pricier and well made.
