Eyebrow/Lash tinting - i'm scared!
I want to get this done, but I am so scared!
I have super light eye lashes/brows (like if i'm not wearing mascara or eye brow pencil they look invisible)
anyone have it done and they were like me?
and where to go?

I used to dye my own eyelashes.  They came out great, like I had mascara on but it didn't smudge. All I did was curl them. I'm curious about getting them done professionally, too.

oo i just went there a half hour ago to get waxing done & girl said they only darken brows, not lashes...she said it is too risky

the pros use vegetable dye...but they sell kits on amazon (not sold here in US)
...i'd be reluctant to do it myself only because what if i mess up and make my eye brows like this guy here -->

I was b.a.d. But I blame my stepsister! I bought a box of black hair dye, mixed a little of the dye and a little of the activator in a cup, smeared vaseline alllll over and took and old mascara wand and CAREFULLY put the mix on. Yeah. Not smart. I did not glob it on, I didn't go near the lash line, just the tips and the bottom lashes. Seriously, I didn't use a lot at all. Then I used a tissue to wipe it off.

They sell it in England, I got a box when I was there with DH on business last time, and this time he went without me and I forgot to ask him to get it for me I think there is a salon in Cedarhurst that does it called Rodolfo Valentin!!

but did it look ok? Did it make them darker? I would totally do this lol

Yes, it was noticable, too. It was great in the summer!
The only thing was getting a formula without ammonia b/c the fumes stung. No wonder I can't see!

I did mine myself a few months ago with a kit I bought from overseas. It was pretty good for someone like me who can't wear mascara but if you are used to mascara then this probably does not do enough. I stayed near the very tips of the lashes so I would not do any damage. Also I put vaseline in the area all around the lashes. I just haven't had a chance to do it again. I did not do my eyebrows, just lashes.
