Really Dumb Baking Question
OK - so I'm making my first sweet potato pie today. Recipe calls for an unbaked crust. So, when I bought ingredients I bought one of the graham crusts that don't need to be baked. I realized this last night and bought one of the frozen unbaked pie crusts - that's that one I use, right? See, I never do this!
Thanks!

Re: Really Dumb Baking Question
yes and used the graham crust for a chocolate pudding pie with bananas and/or strawberries or a yummy mousse pie....dissolve any flavor of jello in 1/4 cup of boiling water. wisk that with 2 containers of yogurt (match the flavor of jello). fold in a container of ff cool whip, pour into crust and let it set in the fridge for a few hours....mmmmmm
