So, how long do I cook the bird for? What are the guidelines?

I'm not sure, every year I check butterball.com for the info.
great idea! I have a 24 lb bird and I have NO idea how long to cook it for.
Plus, I used to have a gas stove in my old house, and now have electric, so I'm not sure if that will change anything.

it usually tells you somewhere on the packaging
