stuffing ??? already prepped, when do I bake
I made a mushroom stuffing and I was about to put it in the oven, but... Im travelling tonight. Would it be better to refrigerate it and bake it right before serving? Or do you think it'll get too soggy?

I always put together my stuffing the night before. No issue with it being soggy. if anything, the flavors will have time to meld together. I think you'll be fine baking it tomorrow. I love mushroom stuffing!

dh made the sausage stuffing and mixed it together. tomorrow adding the broth and cooking it in the oven.
