Q regarding olive oil...
if olive oil is supposed to be stored in a cool, dark place - why are so many of the olive oil bottles glass and see through?
Shouldn't it be at least a dark glass or somewhat opaque?

Maybe the glass has a protective barrier? It looks clear but it has a special coating?

The big ones are usually tin..I think...the smaller ones are glass...maybe there is a reason for this also?

Bigger ones are tin/aluminum because they are lighter.
I keep olive oil in a cabinet.
