Question about cheesecake
Does anyone know how long can a cheesecake go unrefrigerated? I want to make one to bring to DH's uncle for the holidays, but we have to drive an hour and a half to get there. DH thinks thats too long for a cheesecake to be unrefrigerated. I was going to put it in one of those thermal bags, but not sure if that would help.

Can you put it on ice packs or ice in a cooler? Normally I think it can last about 1.5 hours out, but if you run into traffic, I think it could be risky.
