How you can get 4 estimates for the SAME EXACT thing, and they can all be SO different!

I know it seems obvious but are you sure you're comparing apples to apples? Are they all licensed & insured? Did you verify that?
Lots of guys will say they are, but can afford to work for MUCH less because they're not.

The same thing happened to us our estimates had a range of $7,000 to $20,000 for the same job.

They were all recommendations. All companies were checked out with the BBB. Only one was not listed, and that was the most expensive.

The exact same thing is happening to us! I just dont understand how an esitimate for a deck can vary in price over 20,000 dollars difference.
