The lady who was walking "The Wedge" in Mt. Sinai today who gave me a thumbs up and a smile twice today as we passed in opposite directions 
You kept me going for that last loop!!

The wedge is in mount sinai, it is across from that abc daycare center... I love walking there when its warm out

Yes that is it!
There is a couple ball fields there too. I usually don't walk there, I stick to my gym treadmill or around my block.
But, yesterday I didn't have my work out clothes with me and went home and decided to just go for a walk.
That lady made my day!

We should all one day meet up and walk around the wedge when it gets warmer again next year, or just bundle up and walk one day on a saturday or sunday! What do you all think?? Like a diet and fitness gtg, but meet at the wedge than maybe go to a diner and have breakfast! :)
