i'm new to this... please help!
i'm no betty crocker. to be honest, i don't know how to make that much!! i'm still trying to learn how to cook (i know your typical italian from my grandma, and a few other dishes) i'm hosting xmas eve this year in my new house, and i wanna make a menu for dinner but my family doesn't really like fish, and we're doing baked ham on xmas. what should i make? I only have a salad down which would be greens with gorgonzola cheese, cranberries, walnuts, red onion and balsamic. i have my 2 little nieces coming so i figured make like chicken nuggets or something but i'd like to make them something special too. (they're 2 and 3) any help would be 110% appreciated

Turkey or roast beef would be nice and simple. Horseraddish sauce is a very simple accompanyment for the beef.
