We are going to be converting our garage space into a den/bonus room. We are going to replace our very old garage doors with better insulated ones. I have been searching for garage doors that either open out (can only find carriage style doors but they function as regular garage doors) or have a door built into the door. We plan on not attaching rails to the garage door, so it would basically just be for show, not function. But it would be nice to have some sort of access door to the outside.
