Formal Hello
I would like to formally say Hi, I have been reading this board for awhile now.
My husband and I will be going through our first and hopefully only IVF till we plan for baby number 2 in February. I am excited/nervous all at the same time.
We are seeing a great Doctor at NYU Fertility Center. We have male infertility issues and I have some scarring on my tubes.
My husband underwent a TESA surgery in Oct and it was successful. They were able to retrieve a lot of moving sperm, which was our problem no motility. So this is why we are doing IVF with ICSI.
We are scheduled to take a class on Dec 10, I am anxious to learn about everything.
I did have one quick question that I was thinking about last night. After your transfer was done were you on bed rest? Or did you limit what you did for a couple of days?

Yes after my transfer I did take it easy for a few days but that was mainly b/c I was crampy. But even if I wasnt so crampy i still would have eliminated any physically strenuous activity. I didnt do bed rest or anything....just took it easy.

WELCOME! i hope you're stay is short and sweet!
i havent had my transfer done yet, but my doctor told me i would be on bed rest for 48 hours afterwards
