WHere can I have my carseat checked out?
ANyone know where I can have my car seat installation checked out?
I know Stonybrook University will do it but they are kind of far from me.

I also believe there is someone on LIF is registered to do it, don't remember the poster, but she is in the Melville area.

So funny you posted this, I just had mine done today! I had it done at Good Samaritan in Suffern where we took the infant care class. They said in the class that it is free if you took the class. I made an appointment today for 5PM and it was so quick and easy.
Call the hospital where you took your classes and ask if they have someone on staff. My police dept. does it the last saturday every month from 10-2, but I did not want to sit there for an hour on a Saturday.

I went to Hassell Auto Body in West Babylon. Doug jr does it. He was fabulous. Went over the whole car seat with me.
