Salads
I am in the mood for a salad today for lunch...what do you put in ur salad ..need it to be healthy but also good lol

Twice a week I get a salad fo rlunch and I always put spicy chicken, egg whites, peppers, onions and artichoke hearts with little olive oil and vinegar. Now I'm hungry!

If you can get beets those add a nice flavor punch without fat. Sunflower seeds(healthy fats), raw broccoli or cauliflower, egg whites etc

Got a great one the other day
grilled chicken, chick peas, red onion, blak olives, red peppers, craisins and kidney beans...I atee at like 1130 and was full until 7pm..it has alot in it but all good for you and SO filling
