Re: Anyone have a good meatloaf recipe?
I make the Lipton Onion Soup mix recipe (on the back of the box). I use meatloaf mix instead of all beef. I cook it in a loaf pan and spread ketchup or bbq sauce on the top for the last half hour. Yummy!

Re: Anyone have a good meatloaf recipe?
someone posted this recently and it is absolutely delicious!
INGREDIENTS:
1/4 cup packed brown sugar
1/4 cup ketchup
1/4 Jack Daniels BBQ sauce
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 1/2 pounds lean ground beef (I use turkey)
1/2 cup milk
1 egg
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
1/2 onion, chopped
1 pack. of onion soup
1 pack of sazon
2 cloves of garlic
1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
3/4 cup finely crushed saltine cracker crumbs(I use Ritz crackers)
DIRECTIONS:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Lightly grease a 5x9 inch loaf pan.
2. In a mixing bowl, mix thoroughly all ingredients (EXCEPT the sugar, ketchup and BBQ sauce) and shape into a loaf.
3. Mix the brown sugar, ketchup and BBQ sauce (I also added 1 tbs of Worcestershire sauce to this mix). And spread over the loaf.
4. Bake in preheated oven for 1 hour or until juices are clear.
I omitted the bbq sauce and onion soup mix, and added a stalk of celery.
