How did everyone do with Halloween?
I did great with candy. I allowed myself one piece and went with a reeses peanut butter cup (my favorite). I ate a very light lunch and brought a banana and tons of water to snack on while I walked around with the kids. I didn't eat healthy at dinner but I kept it controlled and walked away from the food when my plate was empty. All in all I was still under points when factoring in my activity points.

I also ate 1 piece of candy(a 100 grand bar) Walked around a bit. Then drank wine and had a big dinner-used 15 of my extra points! But I don't weigh in til Thursday so we'll see what happens

Ehhh I did ok.. but walked A LOT that day. I had 2 small almond joy's and and good meals the rest of the day.

We walked a lot with the nieces and nephews on halloween and I didnt eat any candy at all. Danielle and I weighed in the next morning and we both lost weight...
