follie check
I don't get it. I did 100 mg of clomid last month which resulted in 4 folles over 20. This time I go and I've got one 11 on my left side and none on my right. I can't believe this. I told the Dr Ive had a horrible time with clomid this month and the hot flashes are preventing me from sleeping. I'm going back on Monday if there isn't any more growth I'm going onto 150 mg.
Has this happened to anyone where they responded well to clomid one month and than not the next??

I didn't have the same situation but wanted to wish you well. I did 50mg and only had a 10mm and a bunch of little ones (PCOS) and now I did 100mg this month and had a 12mm on the left side and a ton of little ones on both sides, going again tomo to see if it is still growing...but I am very discouraged as last month the 10mm shrunk back down and never released :( I wish you lots of luck. I hate this game!!

What CD are you? I only got 1 follie each time with 150mg of Clomid but there was one month where one started to grow and then stopped... luckily my RE made me wait it out until CD21 and the darn thing grew to maturity!

Sometimes your cycles are different. I did 3 successful round on Clomid and each time I ovulated on a different day - CD16, CD18, CD22. When I was concerned that the Clomid wasn't going to work the second month, the RE said if it works once, it is very likely to work again. You are still early in your cycle. Hang in there and don't give up hope - I think you still have a good shot!!
