I am starving today, lately actually. I have less than 10 pounds to goal and I really don't think I will get there at this point. I already used a good chunk of my 35 this past weekend going out to dinner so I can't really go there. Chat Icon Chat Icon Sorry, just getting frustrated and needed to vent. I have been on WW since May 22 and it has been rather easy for me, why am I struggling so much these past couple of weeks?

you can try and sneak in some more exercise that way you can have the activity points

salda and veggies are great fillers!


I used to eat two turkey sandwiches for 3 points...4 slices WW WW bread...lots of lettuce...healthy choice turkey (I think 6 slices on each sandwich) and 2 bread and butter pickles to counteract the dryness.
