will take a SA test from DH on our first appointment?

I don't think on the first appointment-it's usually just a consult.

I"m thinking they probably won't. I know at my first appointment we talked with the doctor for about an hour. He also did a vaginal ultrasound and exam. We made an appointment for DH to come back later for the SA.
My first appointment happen to fall on CD3 so he took CD 3 blood also.

My first appointment DH had to make an appointment for the SA because they need to start the tests soon after drop off.

they didn't for us. at the consult they gave us the cup and instructions so we could make the appointment for when we wanted to do it.

My DH went for the SA before I was seeing my RE (my OB ordered it). But, I think they will probably make an appt. for your DH to come back for the SA.

No becuase they have to give you instructions on how long you have to abstain before providing the sample. In addition, the lab can only accomodate so many samples at one time so they will give you an appointment.
