need to lose weight
I know I need to excersize but I don't have time. I am a Full Time student and have a Full time job. I have no time.
I need some diet ideas. Please help. I am clueless about dieting.

I can tell you what has worked for me when I've been successful at losing weight. I know everyone is different but I have found success with strategy.
Cut out junk food as much as you can... fast food, candy, bakery items, sodas, chips, etc. If it's not nutritious, it's not worth your calories, at least not very often.
Buy lots of fruits and eat them with meals and as snacks. Buy vegetables, fresh, frozen, or canned, and cook them without adding butter or cheese. Eat lean meat and lentils, chick peas, beans for protein. Yogurt, lowfat milk, cottage cheese are good for calcium. Whole grain cereals/bread/rice instead of white bread/rice.
Drink lots of water and tea, especially green tea. Listen to your body and eat when you're feeling hungry, not just out of habit & don't wait until you're strarving or you'll be more tempted to eat junk food. Also stop when you're reasonably comfortable, not stuffed.
Give it time & don't give up. And if you want to speed it up, try to find a few hours a week to exercise. Good luck!

Eat lots of fruits, veggies, lean meats and whole grains. If you're really busy I would try to keep some frozen lean cuisine or ww meals handy. They always work for me in a pinch. Good luck!

If you drink soda (even diet soda) cut back or cut it out completely! I did that and saw Lbs.. melt off!
Drink lots of water and cut back on breads/pasta's that are not Whole wheat.

The best way for a person who doesn't know about dieting to loose weight IMP is Weight Watchers. You can join online or better, real meetings. It is not expensive and you will really learn how to eat correctly. It takes very little time and I can 100% promise results if followed.

Eat healthy. Drink lots of water. Cut out alcohol, soda, etc. Don't drink anything except water with meals. Switch to skim milk.
Exercise when you can, even if it is once a week (you'll feel great after). Even if it's just doing sit ups, push ups, squats, etc while watching TV at night.

I suggest WW. I lost 30 lbs on WW while working full time and going to law school at night. Losing weight is 90% food and then its great if you can add in exercise. Do WW and then try to exercise a bit on the weekends and maybe take stairs instead...little things to get exercise in during the week and it will really help.
