in need of a personal trainer
looking to go to a personal trainer who has thier own one on one location in north nassau begninning parts of suffolk.
any help would be appreciated.

You wouldn't rather train in your home? If you would, I can highly recommend my trainer who has been with me for ten years! I could also offer other references as I know quite a few of his current clients. His name is Michael and he is a career changer, used to be a teacher. PM me if you are interested.
