VA Loans
Anyone recently get approved for a VA loan? DH is a veteran and we are thinking of applying for this. Just wanted to get some feedback on the process, requirements.

it's very similar to a FHA loan
and I believe they still do 100% finacing

We did it a year ago. 100% financing.
You need his DD-214, you also need to send away for a letter that they send back to you saying he is eligible.
Then the mortgage company will do the rest.
