If you have the time, join WW. You will get lots of motivation from the meetings & the members. It will probably get you moving in the right direction. Also, do you have any friends that you could recruit as a support system? Maybe someone to attend the meetings with you or start to exercise with you.

I would start by planning out your meals for the week so there is no last minute decisions. Then just take it one meal at a time. You can do it!

Re: how do i get back on track???
I also had 60 lbs to lose. on my birthday this year my husband took a pic of me & I cried when I saw it. I said that's it I am going to ALL of this weight before my next birthday. This was back in July. I joined WW and started waling/running by doing the couch to 5 k program. I have since finished that program and I now run 3 - 3.5 miles whenever I can and I also do workout tapes at home.
So far I have lost 17lbs and a few inches. My clothes are definately loose now. I have learned to make myself a priority because in the end it is what is best for my son and my family.
Good Luck! and remember to make small changes first and be patient. its not going to happenover night. This is still something I have to tell myself everyday.
