Swine flu

I was watching good morning America this morning when I saw this story about a pregnant woman who contracted the swine flu. It is so scary, she almost didn't make it. Definitely makes me want to get the vaccine.

Yes, the swine flu is definitely something I am worried about.... All you hear about in the news is it's risk for pregnant women. It is so scary!

I actually caught it last year and was sick for over 2 weeks! I am hoping that I will be immune to it this year.

The thought of taking the vaccine worries me since it is a new vaccine that was rushed through for FDA approval. I'm just got to take my regular flu shot and keep a bottle of antibacterial gel closeby!

It is scary but will not get the vaccine. I don't get the regular flu shot and am in no way going to get the swine flu vaccaine. Its to new and beside that I would take it. You don't know what the long term effects are.

I too had the swine flu last year and I am really hoping I am immune to it. Being a teacher makes staying healthy hard expecially while TTC. I am wondering if all those who had swine are immune to this same strand?
