Restaurant in Queens that is good for groups?
I am trying to find a place to go to for my birthday next Sunday. It will be the whole family with kids, about 15 people. The only place that comes to mind is London Lennies on Woodhaven, but we were there just a few weeks ago and I would ideally like something new.
Does anyone have any recommendations for something nice, but not overly fancy, with great food? I ma completely at a lose. The restaurant I was going to do it in originally turned out to be booked for a private party on my birthday I that really threw me for a loop.

What about Abbraciamento's which isn't too far from London Lennies? I'm pretty sure they can set up your own table with how many people you want.
And.......they have delicious food!

What about Giardino's on Northern Blvd (Douglaston?)? I don't even know if it's still there but always loved it.

It is still there and the food is still great. I know they do have a private room for parties. Other places I like are cascarino's in bayside, donovans also in bayside, and cara mia in queens village.

Love Giardino's! Matteo's on cross bay is family style too, then there's Carosello's which has a private room as well. Barosa on Woodhaven has a downstairs room.

The Family Restaurant on Queens Blvd - they have like a smaller side room area that they may be able to sit you in.
Food is amazing and prices are very fair.

This is our FAV rest! We're there like once a week.
So I'd recommend that or Simply Fondue in Atlas Mall. We went there with a big group and had such a great time. They specialize in groups...make a reservation!
