Re: Can I get some Pork Loin Recipes
I've used this recipe quite a few times. Although the recipe says chicken, I've used it on a pork tenderloin as well (See my review of it on the site - 4th one down - Kim from Long Island). The only think you want to change is to bake the pork tenderloin at 350 (instead of broiling it like the chicken) for about 1/2 hour to 45 minutes (I always check mine with a meat thermometer). It's amazing and you won't be disappointed. Also, it looks like a lot of ingredients but it's only a small amount of each and it's stuff that I always have in the house anyway.
Enjoy!
