Mold on Wall
We just found mold on the wall (just moved in) and are getting estimates on remediaton. They range from $1K - $1200. Our contractor (not a mold specialist) said he could cut away the sheet rock for $500. He would spray it with anti-microbial stuff, but he's doesn't do the HVAC or anything like that.
Now we did have mold in the attic, which was remediated by the previous owner. They did an air quality test and it came back fine. We are due with our first baby in Jan, so I want to take care of it absolutely. WWYD?

Not necessarily, it depends on the proximate cause of the Mold and where water is coming from.
