hi all...im on my third cycle of depo shots..has anyone who is on it or was on it had worse anxiety or panic attacks? what did you do to help? i had a MASSIVE panic attack yesterday at work and had to leave..was so embarassing because i was crying and hyperventilating and worrying about losing my job only made it worse...the attack lasted hours...i didnt even make the connection between the shot and the panic until someone pointed out today that she is sure it isnt helping my mind any...i am extremely overwhelmed in my personal life due to a number of things, am slightly overwhelmed at work and am clinically depressed with anxiety, just to top it off...i am going to call my dr tomorrow to discuss upping my meds, but wanted to see if anyone who is taking the depo has experienced increased anxiety..thanks!
