Second time around?
I have bad PCOS, so when I was TTC my DS, I was put on Clomid. Thankfully it worked right away, but we are talking about having another baby soon... For those that already have a child, when trying for another one, do you have to wait a while to show the dr. things aren't really working or do you just automatically start with fertility treatments again? Or just play it by ear? Just thinking ahead, since I wasn't sure what happens the second time around for those that had problems. Thanks!!

Re: Second time around?
Ideally you should wait for your body to get back to normal (pp hormones and such). DD is 8 months old now (via IVF), I am starting my injections tomorrow for my FET cycle for #2.
ETA: My body never went back to normal... I was not one of those women who had pregnancy "kick start" their system. I didn't nurse and never got my period after DD was born. At 7 months PP they had to give me Provera for me to get a period so I can start my cycle. In fact, my body did the opposite, pregnancy messed my body up even more.
Good luck

Re: Second time around?
We went right to the RE when we were ready for baby #2. But we also had frozen embryos that we wanted to implant. The doctor started me on my meds right away.
Good luck!
